The hot springs were a great way to relax after a long day of work, and the sauna was also a nice touch. the on-site restaurant had delicious food and the staff was attentive and friendly. the hotel is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which made for a peaceful stay.
The room was cramped and outdated, with not enough space to move around comfortably. the lack of a convenient store nearby was inconvenient, as there were no options for snacks or drinks in case we needed them.

Spending New Year's Eve in this cozy family hotel was an experience to remember. The friendly staff made us feel at home, and the Japanese-style meals were delicious. We particularly enjoyed the homemade pickles and the local hot springs, which were clean and well-maintained. the hotel's location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and beautiful views of the snow-covered mountains.
The rooms were a bit cramped, with limited space for luggage. However, the beds were comfortable and the traditional Japanese decor added to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

This quiet hotel is perfect for those wanting to disconnect from technology and enjoy the fresh air. the traditional Japanese food served at the restaurant is delicious and the onsen is well maintained. There are opportunities for mountain walks nearby for those wanting to explore the nature around the hotel.
Wifi is only accessible in the lobby and the exteriors of the hotel appear worn down.
