Highland Furano is a peaceful and isolated hotel, perfect for relaxation. The onsen and mountain air are rejuvenating. The staff tries their best to assist despite limited English. The hotel offers value for money with fresh and delicious food options.

    Nothing to dislike.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Furano. the onsen was fantastic and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and authentic Japanese bathing experience. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast every morning, filled with a variety of tasty Japanese flavors.

I was quite satisfied with this hotel and couldn't find any major faults.

The hot springs were a great way to relax after a long day of work, and the sauna was also a nice touch. the on-site restaurant had delicious food and the staff was attentive and friendly. the hotel is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which made for a peaceful stay.

The room was cramped and outdated, with not enough space to move around comfortably. the lack of a convenient store nearby was inconvenient, as there were no options for snacks or drinks in case we needed them.

This hotel offers great value for money with its comfortable western beds and friendly staff who are attentive to details. The onsen is well-maintained and provides a relaxing experience, while the location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The breakfast options are varied and satisfying.

    This hotel exceeded my expectations.

Spending New Year's Eve in this cozy family hotel was an experience to remember. The friendly staff made us feel at home, and the Japanese-style meals were delicious. We particularly enjoyed the homemade pickles and the local hot springs, which were clean and well-maintained. the hotel's location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and beautiful views of the snow-covered mountains.

The rooms were a bit cramped, with limited space for luggage. However, the beds were comfortable and the traditional Japanese decor added to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

This quiet hotel is perfect for those wanting to disconnect from technology and enjoy the fresh air. the traditional Japanese food served at the restaurant is delicious and the onsen is well maintained. There are opportunities for mountain walks nearby for those wanting to explore the nature around the hotel.

Wifi is only accessible in the lobby and the exteriors of the hotel appear worn down.
